ORTHOFEET RETURN POLICY   Orthofeet will accept your returns under the following conditions: ·        Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from ship date. ·        A copy of the packing slip or invoice is enclosed. ·       The shoes and/or inserts should not show any visible  sign of wear or damage. ·       The shoebox should not be altered in any way. Writing on the box will result in a $2.50 re-boxing charge. ·        Customer will be responsible for shipping charges. ·        In case you need to return defective shoes or inserts, please contact and notify us. Orthofeet will send you a pre-paid return label for the defective product, and replace it free of charge.
