Ordering Instructions

1.     Logging in - To start ordering online you must first log in. Click on the Log in button, located on the upper menu bar. You’ll be asked to provide your e-mail address and a password. If you are logging in for the first time, please enter your Orthofeet Customer Number (OCN) into both the e-mail address box as well as the password box, and click Enter. On the next page you’ll be asked to enter a valid e-mail address and confirm it, as well as choose and confirm a new password. Please enter your current e-mail address, but keep your OCN as your password. Please note that from now on, this is the information you will be required to enter in order to log in.

2.     Checking Out – To view or edit your order click on the Shopping Cart button located on the right hand corner of the upper menu bar. Scroll down the page and click on the Checkout button. On the checkout page you may view a summary of your order, select your payment method, view/edit your billing and shipping address, and send a comment or special request. After reviewing your order summary, you may either Submit your order to Orthofeet, or return to the shopping pages, and Change your order. If your order has been successfully submitted, a confirmation with a P.O. Number will be displayed. In addition, an order acknowledgement message will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided us.
